The exchange between young people will take place in Slatina, between 1st and 8th of August 2019 The main purpose of this project is to help young people to get used to planning their first steps in choosing a career, their first job. The main objectives of this project are: 1. Organizing 4 support activities for the 16 young people through counseling and professional orientation during the project 2. Training 3 social interaction skills in the 16 young people through involvement in all phases of the project 3. Supporting the 16 young people in acquiring knowledge and skills in the school orientation process leading to an informed and correct decision about their career choices The work methods will include: The main method will be team work during all the activities included in this project; The young people will be encourage to be part of our workshops through videos, articles and information from media as well as role play; Ice breakers; Brainstorming; Workshops – the young people will be able to choose their own way of achieving their learning objectives. The activities included in the implementation of the project are the following: 1. Individual and group activities based on Ch. Holland’s theory, who identified, according to personality structure, six different ways of professional orientation. The young people will be encouraged, through role play, to express their professional orientation, regardless of the type (realistic, intellectual, artistic, social, conventional and enterprising). 2. General creativity workshops meant to help the participants to explore the creativity of actions and thinking. The main purpose of these activities are to familiarize the participants with the concept of creativity – how to compose a C.V. or a cover letter. 3. Specific creativity workshops meant to help the participants to develop personal creative projects both in the enterprising field as well as in the personal one – where do I see myself in 5 years.
