Background

I applied for this project because I wanted to continue the mobility projects carried out by St. Joseph's School over the years. I also wanted to continue the collaboration with the traditional external partners of the school and to attract new partners for future collaborations. The school management is continuously involved in offering to the students, graduates and teachers, the opportunity to participate in activities that lead to the development of professional skills, knowledge and abilities. The medical institutions partnering in the project offer to the Romanian participants the chance to integrate in new work teams, and to observe and apply new methods of care. By participating in the project, the school has the following remarkable advantages: it is more visible among the same profile schools, attracts future students, interests and stimulates the professional development of teachers, increases the score for annual self-assessment and external evaluation. All these benefits cannot be achieved by activating the school's own funds, therefore, the grant obtained by approving the financing is absolutely necessary and sufficient to fulfill the objectives proposed in the development of the school's activity.
