The project entitled Performance through internships and transnational training was implemented as part of the Internationalization Strategy of FEG, the mobilities being included in the VET Charter for the period 2015-2020. The mobilities aimed at increasing the quality of education provided by the FEG Post-Secondary School and met the training needs of the school's students from 7 specialisations, teaching staff from the Medical Sciences Department as well as the management staff and institutional development needs. The project was implemented to carry out the internships of the students of the FEG Iasi Post- Secondary School in a transnational partnership, to offer them the opportunity to live and work in another country, for the further training of teaching staff in order to implement a new program addressed to school graduates and so that, through joint mobilities of students, teaching staff and school management, the understanding and implementation of the European dimension in education can be achieved. At the same time, mobility projects represent an excellent opportunity to get in touch with different educational and professional systems, to meet new people and cultures, to test learning and work in a multicultural environment.
