By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve the following goals: 1. Familiarization with the organization of the work of the institute as an educational institution 2. Getting to know the ways of providing additional support and services to students with disabilities hearing and developmental disabilities that are in the regular education system 3. Developing teacher competencies for new approaches in working with hearing impaired children and children with developmental disabilities 4. Strengthening of language competences 5. Raising awareness to understand other cultures 6. Transferring experience (to colleagues at school, at the local, regional and national level) We wanted to be ready for all the challenges that the reorganization of our school into a resource center will bring.
In accordance with the development plan of the school for the period 2015-2020, the main identified needs for the development of the quality and internationalization of the school are: 1. Permanent professional development of teachers and other school employees: vertical and horizontal 2. Strengthening the European dimension through the establishment of international cooperation. 3. School promotion and external marketing. The specific goals of our school, which will be realized with the KA 1 mobility projects, among others, were: - Improving the competencies of teachers and professional associates for the application of innovative methods and technique of working with students with learning disabilities. - Improving the quality of providing additional support to students in the regular education system - Transfer of knowledge and skills acquired during mobility to other teachers and expert associates. - Integrating new knowledge and skills into the School's key documents. - Building an efficient organization and management of the School, in accordance with the European framework education and the requirements of modern leadership. - Modernization and internationalization of the School - Strengthening interculturality.
