By participating in this project, the students would increase the number of hours of their practical work, thereby gaining additional skills. They would show their peers what they had learned and would choose to act as peer mentors in their school for the next groups of students who will participate in the next Erasmus + projects. Teachers would receive material for their classes that they can implement through the 20% allowed modified content. Personal and professional advancement is necessary for every teacher who wants to develop in his profession, which is the case with our team, and everything was achieved precisely through this project. Visibility of the school and better enrollment is definitely the ultimate goal every year with all the activities we implement. And this year we had success because precisely by disseminating the results and informing our fellow citizens and future students about the activities that we implement according to the project, students and parents chose our school and our majors because it is precisely the new students who will get better knowledge and a different approach to practical work by colleagues who have gone through project activities.
We applied for this project in order to continue the process of improving the students and teachers of our school. By doing an internship in a foreign country, students acquire new skills, learn in a different way than here, make themselves better experts in their work. Clothing designers in Turkey, a country known for different types of materials and the largest clothing trade, could learn much more about materials that are not very often represented in our country. Economists would have the opportunity to meet and work in programs where their bookkeeping does accounting work. Students would practice in authentic restaurants where alcohol is not served, but they would learn the technique of making black Turkish tea. Teachers, observing the work of their colleagues from another country, continuously improve in their field of work, get ideas for more creative and different work in the classroom. The school manager follows the European trends of business and school cooperation and applies what is possible in his micro environment. Guided by theses from EDP, we want our students and our employees to progress every year. Every step forward from the classical way of working and learning makes our school more modern and better.
