With this project, we wanted to develop key competencies and skills of employees and students, such as: • Professional competences, practical knowledge and skills • Language competences • Social and personal competencies • Improving school management competencies • Development of cross-border cooperation and international recognition of the school
Problems faced by the school: • inability to keep up with development and world trends, • teachers are not trained to work with modern digital and ICT equipment, • students cannot be trained in the use of new technologies or modern practical classes, which reduces their opportunities for employment in the country and abroad, • lack of financial resources to pay for additional training, • employees and students have little international experience and do not have the opportunity to use foreign languages, • teachers had few opportunities to travel, to get to know other cultures, life and work abroad, • the school management has little experience in communication and cooperation with international organizations, • the school management has no practical knowledge of school systems in Europe. It is necessary that the School:ACQUIRES, DEVELOPS AND USES NEW AND MODERN TEACHING TOOLS AND METHODS, DEVELOPS SOCIAL AND PERSONAL COMPETENCES OF EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS, DEVELOPS PROFESSIONAL AND DIGITAL COMPETENCES OF EMPLOYEES AND STUDENTS and BUILDS INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION OF THE SCHOOL, were the reasons why we wanted to write this project and through we will begin to solve at least part of the above-mentioned problems in its implementation.
