Through the implementation of this project, we wanted to achieve the acquisition of new knowledge in the field of agriculture, more precisely in the field of forganic production, the application of knowledge in the school economy (through the work plan and program) and on private farms, and to familiarise students with modern machinery and equipment . Knowledge and experience will be transferred by mobility participants and in that way they will contribute to the development of the entire community, they will learn to create contacts, to exchange examples of good practice, to increase cooperation with members of the local community, to increase competitiveness on the market and to apply what they have seen in practice. Developing skills in using accessories, tools and auxiliary materials when grafting plant cultures; application of protective means in organic production, while respecting the basic principles of protection, preservation and maintenance of natural resources (spreading competence for a responsible attitude towards the environment, developing ecological awareness and personal responsibility towards the environment); to improve work habits, safety, precision and responsibility in performing practical work.
First of all, we wanted to provide our students with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge in the field of agriculture outside their country and the possibility to follow trends in the field of organic agriculture, to enable them to travel abroad, to improve their knowledge of a foreign language, to learn to acquire and maintain contacts, to transfer the acquired knowledge to their classmates and thus strengthen the community in which they live and exchange examples of good practice with their peers and all those interested in this field of sustainable agriculture. Acquiring new knowledge automatically improves the possibility of employment and even establishing your own small businesses. Improving the work plan and program of the agricultural technician department and implementing the acquired experience in it will lead to the improvement of not only students, but also professors from our school and beyond.
