With this project we wanted to: 1. Improve professional and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of students (30); 2. Strengthen the professional and methodical competencies of teachers (8) in the realization of vocational training and professional practice; 3. Improve the planning, monitoring and evaluation process in vocational education (primarily vocational training and professional practice); 4. Improve competencies for managing, organizing and developing the institution of secondary vocational education and training and 5. Strengthen the capacity of the School for the development of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competencies.
With the project,we wanted students to have professional practice in the field of their educational profile in various companies and organizations and thus improve their knowledge and skills, to work independently and in a team in changed conditions and improve professional and entrepreneurial knowledge and skills. The experience of vocational training in European companies would put our students in a position to improve their language skills,ensure better career opportunities,higher earnings and productivity and easier integration into the world of work which is a prerequisite for general life satisfaction. Accompanied by students in European organizations where the practice is implemented and by monitoring the activities of mentors,teachers would strengthen their professional competencies for the implementation of practical classes and professional practice. Also,the project involves the professional development of associates and pricipal through the exchange of experiences with European educational institutions in the spirit of European values. The experience of European partners in dual education as well as good coordination of formal and non-formal education would be invaluable for strengthening school capacity.
