We wanted to focus on these five areas of development: a) teaching of mathematics b) teaching of economy, trade and entrepreneurship c) teaching of foreign languages d) student health e) leadership issues
We applied in order to boost the international work of Kungsgårdsgymnasiet, taking into consideration our European development plan, which was drafted in 2015. We wanted to focus on this part: "The school has a need to increase the possibilities for staff to develop skills abroad and exchange experiences with colleagues in other countries, which contributes to the strengthening of individuals' skills and qualifications, as well as giving new methods and tools for this. We can learn much from others and apply it in our own organisation, in both teaching and learning.
