This is what we wanted to achieve through the project: -input in teaching through new experiences - better understanding and empathic ability of students and teachers for other people's conditions, values and life conditions. - to work with our ethical and international perspectives towards an international arena -work with internationalization and broaden the entire organization's approach to other cultures and foreign people. - through competent staff and the quality of the teaching, make the students employable on the European and international labor market. - to work towards an entrepreneurial learning around entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship in different countries. -develop abilities such as taking responsibility for oneself and others, turning ideas into action, working with and for sustainable methods and materials -strengthen our international relations
We at Dille Gård want to constantly improve teaching and teaching methods. By strengthening our international relations, collaborating with other schools in the same professional fields, we can create conditions for both students and teachers to develop and learn from each other. Students and teachers get the opportunity to take part in other cultures, their conditions and gain an insight into their values and outlook. This strengthens the ability to understand and live in other people's conditions. By broadening their horizons, we can develop our own teaching. The students gain an understanding of how important it is with language and communication and can make contacts that can be important in their future professional lives.
