This project is a continuation/expansion of our pilot 2018-2019 Erasmus+ Adult Education mobility project, "Kompetensutveckling för Permakulturlärare 2018"
Our objectives were: 1. Develop leadership and facilitation skills of board members and educators. 2. Continue to strengthen pedagogical training of educators - developing the "how" of teaching. 3. Improve targeted hands-on skills and knowledge of educators - developing the "what" of teaching, particularly in the areas of natural building techniques, renewable energy, practical ecology, and advanced design.
