The Center šolskih in obšolskih dejavnosti (CŠOD) is a public institution at the state level that has been implementing nature schools and other outdoor programs for Slovenian schools and kindergartens since 1992. There are 25 centers in CŠOD, which are distributed throughout Slovenia, more than 110,000 pupils and students participate in CŠOD programs yearly. This makes CŠOD the largest outdoor learning organization in Slovenia. The project "Sharing experiences and gaining competenc for international outdoor programme groups" represents the continuation of successful cooperation between partners within the international outdoor network EOE, where CŠOD teachers gained various knowledge and competencies and language knowledge for even more successful outdoor teaching through various forms of mobility. This increased the quality of CŠOD programs, which represents the highest share of outdoor programs in Slovenia. Through the planned activities, the project helped to raise the quality of outdoor learning in Slovenia.
