Objectives

The project is very important for the internationalization of our school, and it represents the upgrade of our efforts to work with students and teachers for the professional development of the participants who will learn about the special areas of telecommunications, economics, management, marketing and entrepreneurship. They will enrich the language of their profession and practical communication in foreign languages.Mobility will also contribute to students' personal growth. They will gain knowledge of culture and cultural differences, and will be confident and motivated enough to learn both the profession and the foreign language. This will help us achieve a positive attitude towards learning of the population studying at ŠC PET.We will achieve greater tolerance towards students of other nationalities studying at our school.Engaging in mobility, teachers will gain new skills in areas they teach, learn and acquire new successful methods of working in the classroom, which will later be implemented in their teaching at ŠC PET. They will acquire new or enhanced knowledge by exchanging good practices and working methods woth partner organisations, and learn about the efforts of partner schools to maximise the digitalisation of teaching.

Background

At our school centre we are aware that the internationalisation and the raising quality of the learners as well as teachers coupled with constant checking of development objectives are urgently needed. For the purpose of our Eu development plan,we at STSŠ do the annual analysis of the needs of our students and staff.Within,we define our weak areas which we would like to strengthen in the years to come.Every single development area of development is also related to the strategy of Europe 2020 and to the goals of programme E+,and thus the ongoing cooperation in projects E+ is a good indicator of our school's status in the European educational process, the quality of education, and the level of digitalisation at our school.Apart from this, we strive to become an important element in the European domain of environmental protection and green Europe.Involvement in these projects enables teachers and other staff at ŠC PET improving and raising key competences.Bringing together teachers from related programmes of partner schools facilitates mobility of the teachers who would like to pass on their knowledge to other schools and thereby increase the flow of knowledge, ideas, and actively participate in the shaping of the Eu educational process.
