The main objective was the constructive review about technological development, new working methods and mostly about new gained skills, which are vital for the organization development, local environment and the quality work of the organisation. By being the part of the mobility process the participants’ implementation to the society became more active, intercultural involvement more acceptable and the formal and non-formal gained knowledge more valuable. One of the objectives was also the idea of new context developed by the students, which led to the knowledge recognition of the European dimension and gave the value to the European received certificates (ECVET, EUROPASS) as the references for the further work at study. Challenging the foreign language communication and higher language and ICT competences developed participants into the self-confident and independent persons.
The Erasmus+ KA102 project called New wave of skills dealt with developing competences and ability to use skills on a slightly different way. The project was focused to the transfer of the ideas, knowledge about the impact of emerging technologies and diverse approach of the cultural mixed countries into the educational context of extra curriculum, extra school activities in the project week and to the better integration of the individuals in Festival of Design Maribor (FOMB). Having such attitude and experience experts and students started using professional/technical literature and e-material in foreign language not only for the professional use but also in different situations of personal life. The participants were divided into two groups: students in training in PIU and accompanied persons.
