Objectives

We wanted to strengthen and deepen the existing partnerships that we have established in the international field and to establish new ones and thus expand the aspects of cooperation in the European area. Our goal is to create a learning community to ensure the development of both educational programs in accordance with the development trends of the modern graphic industry 4.0 and the development trends of creative industries, technological changes, and digitization of processes. The goals of the project for the participants were to gain knowledge and experience through practical work in the field of multimedia technologies and production in a professional environment, in which they were exposed to the challenges of modern technology and teaching methodology, and to strengthen language competences through business and professional communication in a foreign language with the aim of training for entry into the European labor and further education market. Through the professional and pedagogical training of employees, we have set ourselves the goal of introducing innovations into the educational process by updating the curriculum and equipment and developing and introducing new methods and tools for teaching and learning, ways of checking and evaluating knowledge, supported by the innovative use of information and communication technology in the field of open teaching development.

Background

In our opinion, the implementation of secondary professional education programs requires constant contact with the latest trends in the industry, continuous training, and the achievement of set goals in the educational as well as wider social fields. The rapid and continuous development dictated by the graphic industry 4.0 trend, the development of creative technologies, and their intertwining with our everyday life dictates rapid adaptability and the ability to learn throughout life. The decision to participate in the project is based on monitoring the development of professional areas, analysis of the achieved results, feedback from the labor market, as well as feedback from students and their parents, as well as the experience of implementing international projects. All this enables us to cooperate closely with industry, educational and state institutions, which are an essential part of school life, which we also implement in the wider European area. In the application, above all, we saw an opportunity to offer employees the possibility of training in an international environment with the opportunity to learn about and demonstrate successful teaching methods and develop professional competencies, as well as to broaden the horizons of students for a global perspective of their education and strengthening of communication, social and professional competences.
