The Diverse Music Across Europe arose from the needs of our organization, our staff and, above all, our current students, who will feel its results and effects the most . With the project we wanted to address 3 identified needs: 1. Development of our educational institution and greater integration into the international environment. 2. Increasing the competencies of our professional staff, raising the level of their technical and learning skills to the level of their European counterparts. 3. Enabling students to study abroad and train at one of the European music educational institutions.
