Objectives

We applied to the project because we saw it as an opportunity to increase the number of young adults (up to 35 years of age) in our education programmes, to raise the level of competence in working with vulnerable groups, to learn how to increase the motivation of the participants and to become better in the training of the andragogical workers. We want to learn about good organisational and management practices of foreign organisations and to find solutions that would be suitable for our work as well. In the course of the project, we wanted to teach our practitioners how to work with innovative modern methods and to develop or modernise at least two of our education programmes. One of the essential objectives was to increase the international presence of our institution; we strive to strengthen international connections with other institutions of adult education and to gain opportunities for long-term international cooperation.
