We wanted to improve the work of our colleagues and teachers, and at the same time functioning of our educational organization. Consequently: to contribute more effects that are positive for students and society. We wanted our organization to become more recognizable in the European professional fields and to gain new references. We wanted the co-workers to gain: - new knowledge - strengthen teaching and moderation skills of groups - master innovative teaching techniques … The executive workers to: - increase information literacy, cooperation with other organizations, and ICT-led management skills. In order for our organization to: - participate more intensively in European tenders - increase the volume of teaching - expand the target groups of students - create an attractive education program - realize the "needs of the market" - work more intensively internationally - to provide easier a free space for education from the municipality - to hire one person for work in administration
Because the Grundvig mobility realised in 2013 has significantly contributed to the development of our organization, we decided to use this tender as a kind of spring for further development of the organization. That is why we have designed a mobility plan comprehensively, taking advantage of all the mobility opportunities offered, and over a two-year period. Main points of planned transformation were: changing the focus of activities from publishing to implementation of the courses; changing the main topic of engagement from ecology to migrations; and to become more internationally active and involved in the European market.
