Youth workers work with different youngsters with different needs. When we try to include youngsters with autism, we may encounter obstacles because we don’t have enough knowledge about their special needs. The aim of the project is to gain knowledge and experiences working with youngsters with autism, to know more about their needs and how to adjust methods that are already used in a way that they would include also youngsters with autism. Aim is also to empower participating organizations with knowledge about autism, we will prepare short manual with the methods we will use on the training. We will cooperate with organisation ASPI which connects youngsters and adults with autism spectrum disorder – Asperger sindrom.
