We found many problems within the modern-day society, we recognize it especially when it comes to solving life changing decisions problems. We would like to prepare the participants for facing different obstacles regarding adaptation to the job market. With this exchange we hope to empower young people to find sense of their passions and create job opportunities from it. The main aim is for young people to share their ideas, passions and hobbies amongst themselves. With this project we hope to motivate participants to explore the possibilities for development of career from their passion with the expertise that they will gather or upgrade during process of youth exchange. We have divided objectives of our project by certain groups, which we believe are different from each other (participants, stakeholders, organisations, youth workers). We hope we will encourage participants and youth leaders to follow our example and build a project on their own. We believe that our project will make a very positive impact on the participants and also on their local communities. That is why we want to educate people about different varieties of professions alternative to the mainstream. Some of them are fashion designers, kickstarters, youtubers and many other that have managed to successfully turn their passion into a paid profession. We will dedicate some workshops to self assessment of each participant, so they can have a chance to recognize their strong and weak aspects and work on them. With that we will also take into consideration every young person has a lot of qualities, but everyone develops at a certain pace. We will make sure to create a safe and open space so that nobody will feel excluded or overstimulated. We will also talk about the importance of education and how it can influence their career or in what way we can continue our education in formal/nonformal way in order to achieve relevant credentials and expertise (Example; job shadowing/internship/EVS/volunteery service / VET education). We can assure that with our project we, young people as well as youth workers will learn about special and unique jobs as well as various lifestyles. It will push people to step out of their comfort zone and try something new. Nevertheless we comprehend that not everyone will be ready to take a risk of stepping out of his comfort zone and try to find himself in the stretching zone. That is why we will focus on change, progress, plant the seed of courage at least.
