Objectives

Through the implementation of the local Festival of walks in 2018, we received feedback, that the local environment is lacking the creative practices of youth participation, which results in poor responsiveness and participation of young people in the local environment. This information encouraged us to reflect on the empowerment of young people through creative industries, to research good practices at regional, national and international levels, and to create a strong international network of actors and distributors of this knowledge. Training aims: - to develop and to strengthen the competencies of youth workers, - to develop and to strengthen the quality of youth work systems, -to use creative industries as methods for integrating a larger number of youth and youth with fewer opportunities, -to improve and increase the quality of (international) youth projects, - to increase the number of stable partnerships, - to exchange good practices, - to generate new project ideas, - to increase awareness and demonstrate new innovative non-formal learning methods as a tool for inclusion of the youth.
