In 2019, DUGS has already announced its second KA105 project, which builds on the rich experience of our previous projects and upgrades the previous ones with new priorities that are important for special needs. The project involves 1 partner organization, which we know and we have successfully collaborated with in the past. The project includes one activity for two participants - a 4-day educational visit at the workplace in Zagreb, Croatia. The main topics are related to deafness, multilingualism, support for people with special needs, psychological support, special methods from these areas, examples of good practice and the transfer of professional materials into our area. The preparation of the project and the implementation of mobility in a selected partner organization is possible since the entire logistics of the project, as well as all stages from preparation to implementation, evaluation and dissemination, is led by a project team that has extensive experience with management and participation in international projects and have been working together for many years. For the participants we anticipate comprehensive preparation for mobility, involvement of other project participants in all phases of the project, dissemination of the project from the first day on, on-going and final evaluation. The dissemination will be international because we connect this project with all our other projects, which we include as members of our association and / or as deaf teachers and which we perform simultaneously, it is a wide network of partner organizations. Sustainability is also ensured through the web site of the company, which preserves all of our materials from projects and the application of new projects in which we develop ideas with the help of new quality partner organizations.
