The goals of the project are: - to increase language competences and skills and thus the self-confidence, motivation and overall satisfaction of teachers, which will contribute to the stabilization of the teaching staff, - to enrich the teaching with innovative elements, new experiences, methods, approaches and ideas acquired abroad, which will also be beneficial in motivating pupils in teaching foreign languages, - get to know the culture and traditions of the host country, - create a wider network of international contacts with new partner schools, while working in international projects.
We joined the project because we wanted to deepen the methodological and language skills and competences of teachers, which are necessary for high-quality teaching of subjects in a foreign language and foreign languages in bilingual studies in general, since in this type of study students are required to reach language level C1. Also to provide them with the opportunity to acquire new knowledge in the field of innovative teaching procedures. If teachers do not have the opportunity to regularly familiarize themselves with new methods of teaching foreign languages and are not in constant contact with the authentic language they teach, it will be very difficult for them to motivate students and provide them with quality education. Another aspect that we are following in this project is the search for new partners for joint projects in the future, as our school sees great importance in the exchange of experiences between students and teachers and in cooperation with other European countries. All educators plan to participate in courses led by experts in the field of education, where the diversity of participants' backgrounds is guaranteed, so that all planned activities are adapted to the achievement of the given goals.
