The first and main goal was to improve our knowledge of teaching processes and methods abroad and thus try to innovate or implement our teaching methods. Another reason for participating in this KA1 project with countries such as Finland, Germany and Belgium was the effort to find suitable partners for future exchange mobilities within the new KA2 projects with our students. We also wanted to motivate colleagues to work on improving their skills and use the opportunities that open up with the Erasmus + program.
The main reason for participating in this Erasmus+ project was to increase the prestige of our high school and also to improve the teaching process with new knowledge from teaching methods, techniques and methods used by our colleagues in Finland, Germany and Belgium. We also did not want to lag behind other institutions in our region that make full use of Erasmus projects. We also wanted to motivate our teachers, who thus had the chance to travel, see new places and learn many new things that enriched their personal lives, but also their teaching techniques.
