In terms of international openness and internationalization of the school: - acceptance of various teaching techniques from European countries, detection of European values, comparing and integrating these teaching techniques into our education program and thus increase the level of teaching at our school, 3. Human resources: - increase professional and personal readiness of our teachers in teaching in accordance with new knowledge in education, - support personal growth and prevention of the burnout, - support teachers´ creativity and so they can inspire their students, thus contributing to diversification, and making teaching more enjoyable.

Background

One of the main priorities of our school is to support and develop tolerance and interculturality of students in the classroom and at school. There are more and more students whose one or both parents are of foreign origin -mostly nowadays there are many Ukrainian students, also Roma students, and those with various educational problems. We also have students with different physical disabilities. It is necessary to explain and teach how to communicate and work with these people. That is why teachers' and students ‘knowledge in these areas needs to be improved significantly. In a survey it was found that the traditional methods of teaching are used to a large extent at our school. The area of language and ICT education were identified as a weaker ones. Therefore, we needed to bring new techniques and methodologies to education and to make lessons attractive to students and to support teachers' creativity. We also wanted to support students' motivation to learn foreign languages and improve them in professional terminology. We also wanted to expand the network of international partner organizations with the aim of further project cooperation. By bringing new international knowledge into general education and vocational subjects we will help our students to better employability.
