In the implementation of the project, we saw the opportunity to continue to improve the quality of education and at the same time to meet the challenges posed by inclusive education and the growing number of students with a mother tongue other than Slovak. Our aim is to provide quality education to all students. Our goal was to enable teachers to acquire knowledge and skills so that they could identify students' needs and find appropriate ways to develop them. The completion of education outside the school was aimed at strengthening the language and methodological competences of teachers. The basic goals of our project were 1. to increase the quality of the management and education process, especially in the field of language education and inclusive education 2. improve staffing 3. build on already implemented projects 4. continue to systematically improve the external evaluation of the school
Our priorities are the quality of education with an emphasis on language education (primarily English, as it is a Slovak - English bilingual grammar school), constant modernization of the educational process, international cooperation, development of tolerance. We were led to apply for the project by good experience with Erasmus projects in the past and the opportunity to fulfill the school curriculum and the goals we set in the European Development Plan through the implementation of the project.
