The importance of digital skills in personal and professional life is growing. Digital skill is one of the most important competencies for living and working in this century, which is multiplied mainly by the increase of digitalization in every day and working life. Education system needs to adapt to a fast-changing world. Therefore, we continued in the Erasmus + project and sent teachers to a course focused on digital skills. The fact that our assumptions were correct was also shown by the years 2020 and 2021, when the whole world was in trouble with COVID 19. We can proudly say that we did not have a problem with the implementation of online teaching. At our school, we had teachers who had completed their training through structured courses so then they could help their colleagues. As our school is actively involved in international projects, we have also decided to send a representative of the school management to the mobility aimed on improving language skills in English. Two teachers took part in the environmental mobility. In the field of sustainability, students are guided during the educational process to understand and develop pro-environmental attitudes and to create their own life path and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Our school has been successfully involved in the implementation of many projects for the last couple of years, in order to upgrade the qualifications of teachers and to improve teaching. Our main priority is to introduce new methods and technologies into teaching in a wide range of subjects, but at the same time to create and develop pupils' interest in the environment. Through the active work on projects, we would like to increase students’ interest in the environment and to build up the students ‘need for active participation in its protection. We offer our school students active participation in the international projects in order to learn about life in other countries. We want to build a modern school with quality management that supports the creativity of teachers and students. As a part of the European mobility, we sent our employees to structured courses that are focused on developing their digital and communication skills, as well as environmental education skills. The development of these skills corresponds to the European development plan of our school. Six teachers took part in the training. The focus of educational mobility was broad-based and therefore it was possible to meet our planned goals.
