After completing the courses she will share her knowledge among colleagues and teachers from other schools. 3. Courses focused on supporting didactic and digital competences will show teachers various methods and tools for 21st century teaching, creativity, digital technology, programming and coding which can be used in everyday teaching.
Our organization strives for continuous improvement, and within the European Development Plan we have identified three areas in which we wanted to improve during the implementation of this project. Due to international projects, our organization constantly needs to improve foreign language competences of those employees who do not speak the language at a high level, or they feel the need for external motivation. Furthermore, the school needs to set new strategic goals for the next period of approx. 10 years. We also need inspiration outside the school, from abroad, so that we can offer realistic but effective solutions for our "clients"-pupils and their parents. In the area of control and management, we needed a training with international participation to get good examples and inspiration to develop our own strategy. And finally, based on control findings, we needed training in the field of modern approaches in education, where we would familiarize ourselves with the trends of the 21st century in the field of teaching methods. We need to teach students to learn, to cooperate, to think critically as it is required by the job market.
