We wanted to observe the processes of inclusive education in partner schools with regard to target group, inclusive team work and cooperation between the teacher and the teacher's assistant. We wanted to gain experience and know-how in the field of orientation psychological diagnostics, forms of identification of specific educational needs from the point of view of personal development, identification of individual student needs in individual components personalities, the integration of pupils with SEN in the regular classroom and relational dynamics in the classroom - work with group, respecting individuality and at the same time supporting student cooperation and more. We planned the project to help us meet our long-term goals.
We have been developing the field of inclusive education for a long time. For this work, the school has created a professional team that cooperates with state and private psychological centers. The school has developed a plan for working with pupils with special needs. From the point of view of our organization, we saw reserves mainly in the following areas: - lack of awareness and practical experience with the issue of educating gifted pupils, - lack of specific working methods and techniques - HOW to teach - we wanted to improve all aspects of the work of teachers and professional staff in the area education of gifted children - to create an identification system to search for the reasons for the failure of students with SEN - early identification to help prevent future failures due to ineffective education, low self-esteem, inappropriate behavior, etc. - support the personal and professional development of employees - educate in teaching methodology and choosing suitable techniques taccording the specific needs - to support the interest in innovative methods of education - create a methodical team to guide teachers in the use of a suitable strategy for the natural potential - to create a database accessible to all teachers
