By implementing the project, we wanted to ensure high-quality professional, linguistic and multicultural education of teachers and school managers, improvement of teaching and management of educational processes, growth of modernization and internationalization of the school, sharing of innovative methods, forms and experience from management practice with colleagues in Estonia with the aim of mutual learning and creating a new long-term partnership with schools in Tallinn.
Our school's development priorities also include support for the lifelong learning of teachers because we believe that the key to quality education is the quality teacher. So we focused the project on the professional training of 2 teachers and 2 school managers in Estonia. The participants of the educational mobility were the director of the school and the deputy director for project activities and marketing, a professional teacher of electrical engineering subjects and applied informatics and a practice trainer in the field of information technology.
