In the field of human resources, we wanted to: - improve and expand the language competences of school management and teachers of economics, - expand the professional competencies of teachers, - expand knowledge of the traditions, customs of the partner, the cultural specification of the peoples of Europe and increase their capacity to respond to linguistic and cultural diversity. In the field of vocational training, we wanted to: - link theoretical and practical training of pupils in a foreign language environment according to defined educational outcomes, - create conditions for the development of students' competencies in a foreign language environment, - expand written and oral communication, teamwork, development of critical and analytical thinking, ability to lead others, independent learning, - expand students' professional language competences in a foreign language environment, - strengthen pupils' information and digital literacy, - strengthen the student's independence and determination in an unfamiliar environment, - expand students' presentation competencies, - acknowledge the customs and traditions of the partners abroad and the cultural peculiarities of the peoples of Europe.
We applied for the project in order to meet the goals that we had designed at school and are also stated in the ERP. Activities in which these goals are presented, are also the goals stated in the project application. The European Development Plan defines the basic needs and objectives of vocational education and training in terms of: a) its development, modernisation and quality improvement b) cooperation with employers c) internationalisation and methods of international cooperation. We wanted to support education with regards of "skills for the 21st century / ESD", which includes changes in the ways we offer in/throughout education (support of creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making processes, learning to learn and being independent in this process), communication skills and process of cooperation, the tools used at work (IT and information skills), ways of living together (sense of civil society, life and career, personal and social responsibility, cultural and social responsibility) and all this are basically activities carried out during internships.
