Objectives

The main goal of the project "Learning for practice" was to verify the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accordance with the requirements of practice. Subsequently, after the internship and evaluation of reports prepared by students, revise the curricula to match the needs of practice. As the name of the project suggests, all steps are aimed at realizing the curriculum and updating performance standards. By establishing cooperation with partner schools, to inspire each other in the creation of school educational programs, the use of innovative teaching methods and to improve the managerial skills of the teachers involved. At the same time, by involving the school in international projects, increase its credit in the public consciousness and consequently increase the interest of future students in studying at school. The implementation of ERASMUS + projects is also one of the points in the evaluation of schools by the founder himself.

Background

Graduates of our school in the field of economic lyceum as part of their studies in accordance with the curriculum complete a mandatory two-week internship in the economic section of selected companies and societies in the third and fourth years. Experience from recent years shows us that entrepreneurs, whether self-employed or companies, open their operations in the Czech Republic and require knowledge of the applicable economic laws of the country during the job interviews. Well, thanks to EU funding under the ERASMUS + program, we wanted to enable students to gain the necessary experience directly by completing an internship in companies in the Czech Republic. An important fact is that students from socially disadvantaged groups study at the school. By completing an internship abroad, we will give them a better chance at a job interview when looking for and getting a job.
