We want to achieve by implementing the project to increase the quality, attractiveness and interest in vocational education, to increase the proportion of graduates who will remain working in the field after completing their studies, to be able to use this experience for personal and social development, to improve their soft skills. We also signed up for the project to highlight the school's position in the region and for students to have the opportunity to obtain a Europass Mobility certificate. Through this project, the participants developed their independence, strengthened their financial literacy and had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge and knowledge acquired at school in their practical life. One of the reasons for signing up for this project was for the students to learn how to behave in a foreign environment.
One of the reasons for signing up for the project was the involvement of our students in the possibility of working in a foreign company. We realize that it is very important that students can apply the theoretical knowledge they acquire at school in practice, and it was by participating in this project that we saw a real possibility of verifying their theoretical knowledge. We also put emphasis on education in the field of muticulture, so our students can prevent misunderstandings between different cultures, whether through verbal or non-verbal communication. Since we know from previous experience that the selected participants have strengthened mutual relationships with each other, we tried to make their free time attractive with activities that will help them achieve this goal. We also received positive references from students who participated in mobility in previous years, and we consider them to be one of the best motivational tools for choosing vocational education.
