With the project, we wanted to increase the interest of potential students in studying at our school, but also to deepen the interest of current students in studying in the field of gastronomy. We also wanted to improve, or renew the knowledge and skills of our teachers and teachers of professional training, or get to know cuisines and service methods in foreign countries.
The project was submitted with the aim to enable our students and teachers to participate in foreign mobility as a means of acquiring practical skills from a real environment in the gastronomic field. Another goal was to make the school and its educational offer more attractive to future students, as well as to raise awareness of our school among organizations operating in the field of gastronomy.
