By implementing the project,we tried to achieve strategic goals by fulfilling tasks for the years 2019-2020: -involve all employees in ensuring the quality of education and the marketing strategy of the school -implement innovations and new forms of education into ŠkVP in cooperation with employers and on the basis of labor market requirements -improve and expand the team training program OpenLab (in the field IST) in cooperation with progressive softver firms,in new areas -continue in introduction of unique model of education of students practice at employers and improve it -continue to implement student and stuff mobility in European institutions with the aim of expansion and acquisition of new professional competencies -realise mobilities focused on students' professional practice with employers in European countries Part of the European Development Plan of SPŠE is improving and making vocational training more attractive,acquisition of knowledge and practical skills in the work and educational environment. We also place great emphasis on recognition of required learning outcomes. By fulfilling this goal,we want to increase the professional applicability of students and increasing the professional qualification of teachers.
SPŠE Hálova applied for this project based on positive experiences from the successful implementation of the previous 5 projects and good feedback from students and teachers. SPŠE has a significant position among schools of electrical engineering and IT in Bratislava region.The specifics of the school include the offer of education in the most requested fields of study,high interest of applicants for study,above-standard material and technical,special and personnel equipment of the school.We gained the position by long-term fulfillment of strategic goals: -ensuring quality of education at SPŠE level in accordance with the EQAVET -meeting expectations and needs of employers with emphasis on the preparation of graduates in 2561 M IST -increasing employment of graduates in EU -reducing unemployment rate of graduates Through the long-term implementation of mobility SPŠE strengthens the positive perception of the school which as a competitive advantage shows increased interest in study by elementary school graduates and increased interest of employers in quality graduates.We are thus supporting the European dimension in education,we are actively involved in the process of improving quality,modernisation and internationalisation.
