The Strengthening the Bridges project is a continuation of the 2018 project and its goal was further development in the field of coaching, teacher training and leadership and management improvement. The following goals were based on this - to improve organizational management, leadership skills, quality of teaching, mentoring and coaching in our school; to maintain and improve our position as a recognized training center for English teachers; improve testing, diagnosis and needs analysis; improve mentoring and coaching processes in the school; improving quality management and control; incorporation of neurolinguistic programming methods into language teaching; increase student participation in the educational process; improve employability by developing career guidance and support; participate in international projects and develop cooperation with institutions with the same setup within the EU.
The Bridge organization has been providing professional English language courses with different goals and focus for more than ten yars. Our teachers´ approach to students is based on respecting students´ individual needs. Our commitment is to help students learn and improve their language skills so they can communicate with ease and confidence, and provide engaging content for all language levels, from beginners to highly specialized advanced courses. We pride ourselves that we manage to provide quality language training, have a great team of teachers and maintain a high level of satisfaction of our students. At the same time, we are aware that it is important to constantly improve and develop and we are convinced that high quality learning can only be achieved in an environment that enables the development of teachers themselves. We are members of international and national organizations and we stand behind many projects and activities aimed at the professional and personal development of teachers, managers and students. Our partners help us improve quality and grow to European dimensions. We believe that mobility activities contribute to the long-term development of teachers and thus raise the quality of the courses provided.
