The main and successfully achieved objectives and needs of the SŠUP filmová ´s targets groups were: • Becoming acquainted with new techniques and technologies and methods used in the teaching - learning process in foreign countries, verification of the practical training in foreign countries; application of creative procedures (know-how) of each organisation participating in the project has accordingly enhanced the level of vocational training. • Gaining international experience in vocational audio-visual and multi-media instruction, and making use of the professional skills and creative activities learned in the teaching-learning process and in the creating new fields of study and study programmes (basis for gradual introduction of higher level vocational programmes – graduation examinations). • Expanding and maintaining of cooperation between educational organisations and institutions. • Using innovative solutions in the cooperation – a system of interactive instructional environment with a view of increasing the attractiveness and up-to-dateness of vocational arts subjects and languages. • Using the art in help increase the intercultural awareness which is a part of everyday life – topics will be worked on in each of the participating organisations and portfolio will also be presented on-line. • Preparing a system of unit learning outcomes and putting the system into practice for particular internships and fields of study – so-called “white books”) making use of Europass. The implemented project has also effects on the further motivation of teachers and students in self-education; they have improved their language skills; the project has become part of the further training education of the educational professionals at this school and of its entire educational and training process. This information comes from the reports of participants, and also from the evaluative educational committees and workshop annually organised for the Erasmus+ project at this school. The project information, and project outcomes are being disseminated by means of the above workshop, meetings of educational committees, portfolio of works of art – vimeo, youTube, internet platforms of partnership school and also by means of media and broadcasting of the school internet television FoTelka (www.fotelka.sk).
We have joined the project in order to implement gradually the "European Internationalisation Strategy for SŠUP filmová" as prepared and approved by the school educational committee. The successfully implemented strategy shall have the following effects: • Developing local tourism including all positive effects (accommodation capacity utilization, catering, leisure time activities) – a well-developed partnership network is also followed by mobility flows to the country and the city where the school is based. • Developing international tourism – mobility from Slovakia. • Innovation transfer among partner organisations – implementation of best practices internally in the respective organisations. • Introducing some new fields of study in response to the practice-driven needs shall replenish the network of fields of study existing in Slovakia and enhance the employment of graduates • Building a modern European educational establishment such an open school has a direct effect on the local community (lifelong learning, workshops, courses). • Creating a common platform of works of art created in the course project implementation – vimeo, youtube – reinforcing internationalism, multiculturalism. • Improving vocational and language competences of the internees, facilitating their personal development, gaining international experience will make them attractive individuals in the labour market. • Broadcasting of the school internet television FoTelka about the project consolidates the positive mission of the Erasmus+ programme and importance of the European Union in this society. This all is together aimed at making SŠUP filmová an open modern multicultural institution with a branched network of international partners.
