By implementing our project we want to develop crucial competences of 23 youth workers from 8 countries. Our goals are to develop skills and knowledge in fields of facilitation, public appearance, voice control, improvisation and graphic facilitation. Project is response to common need of our organisations recognised by group brainstorming.
