Teachers have a very important role in providing students with learning motivation, learning responsibility and ensuring the sustainability of learning. Teachers who can motivate students need to follow up-to-date methods and techniques. It also overlaps with our goal in the strategic plan and the European Development Plan. With the course organized on learning motivation, it was aimed to provide teachers with the following qualifications; -To increase the level of responsibility of students, to ensure that they adopt learning as a way of life and to lead the development of individuals who are happy as they learn. -To increase students' self-management learning tendency and lifelong learning motivation To be able to actively participate in the learning process in line with the needs,interests, wishes and behaviors of students with different characteristics, to increase their learning and school motivation -Designing activities that will attract students' attention through the use of ICT tools and virtual resources in teaching -Obtaining concrete ideas about effective and innovative teaching methods and reflecting them in classroom practices -Recognizing that the priority of lifelong learning and developing new skills
Teachers stated that students' interest in lessons decreased, they had difficulty in fulfilling their responsibilities, they encountered and behavioral problems increased. As a result of the scales applied to the teachers, it was determined that they needed training on new approaches in education and training and combating technology addiction in order to increase student motivation and learning motivation. It has also been determined that teachers use traditional teaching method techniques (direct expression) even though they do not adopt as an attitude. As a result of the questionnaires applied to the parents, technology (screen) addiction and communication problems at home stated that they experienced it.The key point of making students love learning and school by creating a changing and developing school culture is teachers.
