* The skills of using innovative teaching methods and techniques that are learner-centered, encourage the solving of real-world problems and develop competencies have been developed for our education staff. *We have increased the quality of primary education by improving the high-level skills of our teachers and students, who are two indispensable elements of education, such as creativity and critical thinking, * To reduce low achievement in core competencies and increase active participation in education, our teachers' ability to motivate, guide and evaluate effectively was developed, *Our teachers; personal and professional competencies were increased. * Gaining intercultural learning experience by meeting with colleagues from different nationalities in the EU. *By meeting the practices, policies and education systems of different countries with a broader understanding, mutual respect and teaching values were established. * Our teachers were taught how to reach the basic benefits of extracurricular studies. *Structured course training activity organized within the scope of Erasmus+ personnel mobility and the basic course areas have been improved in order to meet our needs and develop specific targets for our project.
According to official statistics, 25014 students in our province and 1.511,000 students throughout Turkey receive pre-school education. It is essential that these students are more than the population of many countries and that education and training services are provided at the highest quality. The EU 2020 Strategy included the article "developing education and training systems, education and human resources to meet the needs of the information society", and drew attention to the contribution of education and training to smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. He gave importance to the development of cooperation in improving the quality in the field of education and emphasized the importance of adopting the EU 2020 targets by the candidate countries. In addition, the importance of quality in education was emphasized in the MEB 2023 Education Vision and quality improvement studies were carried out in this context. At the evaluation meeting we held, it was agreed that the education and training programs implemented by our institutions did not meet the targets set in our strategic plans. The ATOM project, which is a solution-oriented training program that will meet the needs of our contemporary world, has been prepared.
