Therefore, it is aimed to strengthen the guidance skills of our teachers in schools on soft skills, and to increase these skills through constructive courses and on-the-job training so that they can benefit from educational gains in European standards. The main objective of the project is to add value to the development of soft skills of the students of our consortium member schools, besides their academic success, which makes people human, society makes society. was to provide added value to their gains. At the same time, it is aimed to create a positive atmosphere in the classrooms of disadvantaged students, such as broken families and immigrant students, whose rate is quite high in our city, and to experience a sense of self-confidence and belonging. Our latent goal within the scope of the project was to increase the foreign language proficiency of the participants. As a result of the SWOT analyzes carried out in our schools, it was decided to prepare a project on this subject and it was implemented.
