In practice we encountered students who could be distinguished by their culture, languages, abilities, talents … To maintain and improve the teacher's successfulness we had to be aware of diversity, accept it and used it as the source and learning experience. The students who integrated in educational systems carry different experiences with them – living conditions in their home country, the reasons for moving, the organization of their lives (living with their parents or separately, discouraging/ economically underprivileged social background opposed to the stimulating one). Inclusion in a new society and language learning are a long-lasting and complex processes.
