The objectives of our consortium project, which is formed by the combination of 3 schools with the same student profile, providing both primary and secondary education in our region, are as follows: - Enabling students to gain more self-confidence - Developing our students' creative thinking skills - To be able to use our students' communication and language skills more effectively - How teachers can organize the conditions that will support students' learning by using creative drama examples, how students will reach listening and perception skills, how they will acquire life-long and creative thinking habits, effective classroom teaching methods, how students will gain self-confidence, and which method of teamwork in the classroom. and to acquire the skills to decide what they can do with the technique. - To be able to recognize the European culture of our teachers, to observe the advantages and disadvantages of in-class practice examples by seeing the practices in place.
In the creation of our project, the main problem in our region is that our students' creativity is limited, their personal development and self-confidence are insufficient, they do not have an entrepreneurial spirit, they lack language, communication and speaking skills, they cannot use body language, their attention is lost in a short time, they are shy and shy in most subjects. In order to minimize these reasons, it is planned that it will develop in the long term with an education that continues with the same understanding in successive educational institutions. With this thought, our consortium project was created. Two primary schools and one secondary school in our region took part in the project. The fact that all three of our schools have the same student and parent profiles has expanded the scope of our project. Our secondary school has become a leading school because of our Erasmus+ projects. Our two primary schools gained experience by taking part in Erasmus+ projects for the first time with this project.
