Background

(EN) Our school, Mezitli Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School, is an institution that provides vocational education in order to train the qualified manpower needed by the business world and to enable its graduate students to reach the qualification that will enable them to be employed. However, due to the fact that the machinery and equipment used in the vocational training given in our school lag behind the technology and the school-industry cooperation is not adequately provided, our students do not have the qualifications and qualifications sought by the business world. We saw the Erasmus+ program as an opportunity to complete these deficiencies, and our school allows our students studying in the fields of Motor Vehicles Technology and Electrical-Electronics Technology to contribute to their employability, to experience the machinery, equipment and new methods used in their profession in modern and well-equipped institutions in Europe and to gain these experiences. We applied to this project to modernize the vocational education given at our school. Our main goal has been to provide professional competence in our participants in the module "Power Shift Transmission Repair-Maintenance Applications" in Motor Vehicles Technology, which are two of our fields in our project, and in the "Network Distribution and Compensation Panel Assembly Applications" module in the field of Electrical-Electronics Technology.
