Objectives

By implementing our project, we wanted to increase the professional knowledge and practices of our participants from the Kitchen department on pizza making, and the Gueridon service of our Service department participants, to strengthen their employability by improving their professional practices, to make them sought-after employees in the tourism sector and to raise our institutional capacity to European standards.

Background

In our project, the students of the Service and Kitchen department will develop their competencies in the areas sought in the sector, become sought-after personnel in the tourism sector, improve the communication skills of our participants in a foreign language, support their personal development with European values, ensure that they are tolerant of differences and open to innovations, and develop a sustainable international partnership of our institution. We applied for the purpose of implementing the European development plan.
