Background

Bursa is a province in the leading position in Turkey in the machinery and automotive industry. This increased machining and production area has passed the inventory of qualified intermediate staff. Vocational high schools this is the first source to be met. It will respond to the demands of all sectors and especially young people should be identified, renewed and employed. The fact that vocational education is more expensive, the technological infrastructure of the school workshops is lacking, and the technology and production in the private sector are behind, cause our students not to grow up to the desired proficiency. We think that by collaborating with vocational education institutions and businesses in EU countries, it will increase the development and change of our school by supporting values such as internationalization, free movement of qualified personnel within the EU, and the recognition of common cultures. We implemented this project in order for our students to internalize EU values and priorities during their internship, to create a culture of citizenship, to recognize cultural diversity and to treat all people with tolerance, to use their knowledge and skills in their business life in the future, and to contribute to the development of the capacity of our school and the institutions they will work with.
