For students; *To meet the need for qualified personnel in the field of CNC, which is needed and will be heard in our country and in our region, by enabling them to learn advanced applications in CNC machines. *To see the European working life on the spot and to offer the opportunity to compare it with its own business disciplines. *To increase professional knowledge and experience through EU internship *To ensure that they are employed in our region or developed regions of our country when they graduate. Development of Personnel and Management skills; Our school, which has the knowledge, skills and abilities it needs to carry out the project implementation and management work effectively, has also strengthened its power with this project. EU standards and experiences were used to demonstrate an approach that puts human resources and talents at the center. With the partnerships and dialogues established with EU institutions, EU awareness has been formed in terms of education and administration. In terms of the institution; A positive effect has been achieved in reducing the threats, strengthening the weaknesses and achieving the 2023 strategic targets in the strategic plan.
The number of businesses where the students of our school, located in the town center of Tarsus, would do internships in the field of CNC 4-5 axis was limited to only a few companies. Nearly 50 business owners we talked to in our region stated that they would buy new generation CNC 4-5 axis benches for fast and mass production of complex parts. CNC 4-5 axis technologies, which bring quality precision to production, were seen as a business branch where they would be used intensively in the coming years and the need for qualified personnel would be the highest. With our project, we applied for a project in order to support the participants to achieve professional gains in the cnc field and to support our students to find a job easily by responding to the need for qualified personnel. In addition ; EU awareness is important for professional and cultural life. It is a plus for our project that the EU awareness will be established in our students in the professional field, especially with the project. Our students, who went abroad for the first time, were also evaluated as an opportunity to get to know EU languages, cultures and social life.
