Objectives

Objectives of the project: - Increasing the professional knowledge and skills of our participant students in the determined field; as well as contributing to the personal development of our students and the development of their foreign language practices - Bringing the professional qualifications of our staff to the international level - Contributing to the creation of the technical infrastructure for the practice kindergarten to be established in our school - To increase the education quality of our institution and to make it visible in the international platform.

Background

With the project of our institution, which was created in the 2018 call for proposals and was entitled to receive a grant, the importance of the sustainability of education-based international relations and the obtained institutional contribution was more concretely understood. In this direction, the strategic plan of our institution was updated by determining the basic need areas at the administrative meetings held within the institution. Our school, which is a young institution in the field of vocational education, needs to make extra efforts compared to other educational institutions in increasing its institutional capacity and improving the quality of education. One of the most important reasons for this; The physical inadequacies of our institution, which is located quite far from the city center in terms of location, and the other is the disruptions in education continuity caused by the accepted helplessness in terms of employment. Two basic questions were taken as the starting point at the point of eliminating the identified problem. First, what are the priority shortcomings as an institution; The second is how the steps to be followed in eliminating these deficiencies will be planned according to the determined priorities.
