Okulumuzun mesleki eğitim alanlarından bir tanesi de Metal Teknolojileri Alanıdır. Bölgemizde bu alandaki taleplerin yoğun olması ile Metal Teknolojisine olan ilgi giderek artmaktadır. Daha önceleri öğrenci bulamayan bu bölümümüz son yıllarda yoğun talep görmektedir. Ülkemizin önemli fabrikalarından olan Kdz. Ereğli ve Karabük Demir Çelik fabrikalarının bölgemizde faaliyet gösteriyor olması ve bu fabrikalarda son dönemlerde nitelikli kaynakçılara gereksinim duymaları bölgemizde Metal Teknolojisine olan ilgiyi artıran nedenlerin başında gelmektedir. Bölgemiz iş gücü piyasasının demir ve çelik üzerine yoğunlaşması bu sektörde kaynakçılık konusunda nitelikli eleman gereksinimini gün geçtikçe daha da artırmaktadır. Okulumuz, Metal Teknolojisi alanında bölgemizin kaynakçılık konusunda iş gücü piyasasının gereksinimlerini karşılayabilecek nitelikli elemanlar yetiştirmeye önem vermektedir. Mesleki eğitimin kalitesinin artırılması ve iş gücü piyasasının gereksinim duyduğu vasıflı elemanların yetiştirilmesi, günümüzde ülkelerin üzerinde durduğu ve bu konuda hassas bir şekilde çalıştığı bir konu olmuştur. Teknolojinin sanayinin her aşamasında yer aldığı günümüzde, iş kollarının teknolojiyi kullanabilecek vasıflı elemanlara duyduğu gereksinim gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği mesleki eğitim kalitesinin artırılması ve iş gücü piyasasının ihtiyaç duyduğu vasıflı elemanların yetiştirilmesi amacıyla stratejiler belirlemiş ve bunları uygulamaya geçirmiştir. Mesleki eğitim öğrencilerinin tecrübelerini artırmak ve iş gücü piyasasının gereksinimlerini karşılayabilecek donanıma sahip olmaları amacıyla onlara sunduğu uluslararası fırsatları en önemli çalışmalar arasında yer almıştır. Okulumuz Yenice Çok Programlı Anadolu Lisesi, mesleki eğitimde niteliği artırmak ve öğrencilerine iş gücü piyasasının ihtiyaç duyduğu mesleki yetkinlik kazandırmayı, öğrencilerine rahat bir şekilde istihdam yaratmayı ve bu şekilde bölgede genç işsizlik oranının düşürülmesini amaçlamış bir mesleki ve teknik eğitim veren bir okuldur. Okulumuz, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının 2014 yılı Mesleki ve Teknik Strateji Eylem planı ve Avrupa Birliği 2020 Strateji Planını göz önüne alarak Öğrencilerinin gelişimine önem vermekte ve bu gelişimi sağlamak için uluslararası hareketlilikler gerçekleştirmektedir. Bu proje ile öğrencilerimiz İspanya'da Barselona şehrindeki işletmelerde kaynakçılık üzerine ve özellikle günümüzde popüler olan ve bu alanda nitelikli elemanlara gereksinim duyulan Elektrik Ark Kaynağı, Argon Kaynağı (Tig), Oksi-Gaz Kaynağı, Elektrik Direnç Kaynağı, Mig-Mag ve Toz Altı Kaynak konularında staj çalışmalarına katılmışlardır. 4 haftalık staj süresince öğrencilerimiz işletmelerde kaynakçılık konusunda teknolojik ve modern cihazlarla uygulamalar yaparak iş gücü piyasasının gereksinimlerini karşılayacak düzeyde mesleki yetkinlik kazanmışlardır. Bu kapsamda projemizin hedefleri şunlardı; 1.Öğrencilerimize kaynakçılık konusunda iş gücü piyasasının beklentilerini karşılayabilecek düzeyde mesleki yetkinlik kazandırmayı. 2. Öğrencilerimizin yabancı dil ile iletişim yetkinliğini geliştirmeyi. 3. Öğrencilerimizin öğrenme isteklerini, öğrenme motivasyonlarını ve öğrenme performanslarını artırmayı. 4. Öğrencilerimizin Avrupa çalışma ve iş disiplini deneyimi kazanmalarını sağlamayı. 5. Öğrencilerimizin kendilerine olan öz güvenlerini artırmayı. 6. Öğrencilerimize girişimcilik ruhu kazandırmayı. 7. Öğrencilerimizin Avrupa kültürünü tanımalarını ve Avrupalılık bilinci kazanmalarını sağlamayı hedefledik.
One of the vocational training areas of our school is the field of Metal Technologies. Due to the high demand in this area in our region, interest in Metal Technology is increasing. This department, which could not find a student before, is in high demand in recent years. The fact that Kdz Ereğli and Karabük Iron and Steel factories, which are one of the most important factories of our country, are operating in our region and they need qualified welders in these factories are among the reasons increasing the interest in Metal Technology in our region. The concentration of the labor market on iron and steel in our region increases the need for qualified personnel in this sector. Our school gives importance to educate qualified personnel who can meet the requirements of the labor market in the field of metal technology in the field of welding. The objectives of our project are: 1. To provide the students with the professional competence to meet the expectations of the labor market in the field of welding. 2. To improve the communication skills of our students with foreign language. 3. To increase our students' learning needs, learning motivation and learning performance. 4. To enable our students to gain experience in European work and work discipline. 5. To increase the self-confidence of our students. 6. To provide students with entrepreneurial spirit. 7. To enable our students to recognize European culture and to gain awareness of European culture. 8. To improve the synergy of our school with international enterprises. 9. To ensure the internationalization of our school. Number and profile of the participants: The participants are students in the 10th and 11th grades in the field of metal technology in our school. The number of participants is 15. Description of activities: 1. Establishment and commissioning of project commissions. 2. To make the project introduction meeting 3. Selecting participants 4.
