The ultimate goal of our special education institutions, which are open to development and innovation; It is to increase the capacity and quality by making use of good practice examples in private education institutions in EU countries, to develop our students' basic life skills and professional competencies, to integrate them into society as self-sufficient individuals and to continue their lives in better conditions. The applications of our project have made important contributions to achieving our goal. We wanted to increase the qualification capacities of our participating students and staff who participated in the implementation of our project, the structure of institutions in European countries that give priority to special education policies, teaching methods and techniques, participate in on-the-job practices and improve their professional personal competencies.
In order to strengthen a justice based approach in education, it is our priority to claim the right of our children who continue their lives with physical and mental disadvantages.The ultimate goal of our special education institutions that are open to development and innovation; To increase capacity and quality by using good practice examples in special education institutions in EU countries, to integrate the basic life skills and professional competencies of our students into the society as self-sufficient individuals and they can live in better conditions. To increase our occupational capacity, in order to reach our goal, we need to participate in the implementation of teaching methods and techniques of the institutions in the EU member countries which give priority to special education policies. We, as Van Provincial Directorate of National Education, also want to support this important progression by supporting vocational training activities for the young people with special needs in our city. "Undisabled Traineeship, Undisabled Van" consortium project was applied as a vocational learner and personnel mobility project to support disabled youth who receive vocational training.
